`supported_format` was added 1.20.2, so it will say it was made for an older version on versions 1.15-1.20.1 since I used the pack format for 1.13-1.14.4 as the primary pack format but it works just the same on those versions as well

This resource pack adds roman numerals to all enchantment levels up to 255
