Fastest Vulkan

Currently, the only supported version of Minecraft is 1.21.11 Fabric & 1.21.4 Fabric.

This is the fastest mod configuration using the Vulkan mod. There are some minor rendering bugs. Otherwise, it behaves just like the vanilla version.
