FTB Quests Optimizer

<p><strong>A lightweight mod-optimizer for FTB Quests. Removes micro-freezes when moving items and turning in quests, makes inventory checking smarter and quieter for the server - without changing the gameplay and quest rules.</strong></p>

<li>Smart inventory detection - heavy scans are launched only when really needed.</li>
<li>Debounce checks - a series of events are added up to one delayed check (less load spikes).</li>
<li>Ignore NBT noise - changes like charge/durability do not trigger unnecessary checks.</li>
<li>Fast resource turn-in - item withdrawal in one pass and one progress update.</li>
<li>Icon cache (client) - smoother quest book and tips.</li>

<h2><strong>Settings (snbt)</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>detect.debounce - enable debounce.</li>
<li>detect.delay_override — override check delay (tick), -1 = like in FTBQ.</li>
<li>detect.ignore_nbt_only_changes — ignore "same item + quantity".</li>
<li>consume.aggregate — aggregated resource delivery.</li>
<li>consume.max_slots_per_pass — limit of scanned slots per pass.</li>

<h2><strong>Compatibility</strong></h2>

<li>Does not change gameplay/progress, safe for current worlds.</li>
<li>Works in singleplayer and on servers.</li>
<li>Recommended on server (biggest effect). Client is optional for UI cache.</li>
<li>NeoForge 1.21.1+, requires FTB Quests installed.</li>
