Resourcepack works on those versions that have MTR 3.2.2 and NTE 0.5.2

This library allows you to perform the following operations:

* Update the wheel angle of a train and store it, taking into account the speed and direction of the train. * Track the braking and acceleration of a train by comparing the current speed with the previous one. * Determine the direction in which a train is turning, based on the change in the rotation of the car. * Load parted models for a train, setting the rendering type for each model and applying a UV mirror transformation if necessary. * Calculate the rolling and rocking of a train's cars, depending on the speed, turning angle, and mass.
