This item allows you to edit the note or instrument a note block by edit the note or instrument on it. It edit the note or instrument where you can instantly edit the note or instrument of the note block.
The dialog is buttons for each instrument. You have a buttons for each instrument and buttons for each instrument represented by the corresponding block.
