JoinIPFilter
JoinIPFilter allows you to only allow specific domains/ip addresses to be used to connect to your server.
Inspiration from [JoinIPFilter [Proxy]](https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/joinipfilter-proxy.114465/); remade by me for Velocity. Initially made it for my server when we switched from Waterfall.
