Kit's Cauldron Dispensables

Lets dispensers interact with cauldrons from above and below. Supported interactions: - Filling/emptying a cauldron of water, lava, and powder snow buckets - Filling/emptying a cauldron with water bottles and empty bottles, only raising/lowering the water level by 1 each

Due to technical limitations, dispensers can only interact with cauldrons if placed above and facing down, or if placed below and facing up. They cannot interact from the sides. I tried, and couldn't make it work. Sorry!
