Where can I change the GUI size?

<u>Located in:</u>   Pause/Main menu > `Options` > `Video Settings`

The setting is labeled as `GUI Scale` and can be found under the General section.

Where can I apply a shader pack?

From here, click on the button called "Shader Packs". This is located in the left side-panel.
