Low Ping

LowPing helps keep your Minecraft server smooth and responsive by optimizing how item cleanup works. When a player dies, their dropped items stay on the ground longer — by default 10 minutes — instead of disappearing too quickly. Players can customize this delay with /timerespawn <1|3|5|10|15> and choose how long their items remain before being cleared.

Features:

WARNING: I'm not sure if Bukkin supports it, so check it out, but the plugin definitely supports other cores.
