Mace enchantments coexist

Allows Breach and Density enchantments to coexist on a mace.

Breach and Density enchantments are now compatible on the mace Modified breach.json and density.json by setting exclusive_set to an empty array

Removed the mutual exclusivity between Breach and Density

Compatible with Minecraft 1.21.1
