Magnetism

Magnetism is a datapack that adds magnetic mechanics to Minecraft. With just lodestones, lightning rods, and a storm, you can unlock the power of magnetism!

🧲 Magnet Block

- Place a lodestone and put a lightning rod on top. - During a thunderstorm, if lightning strikes the rod, the block becomes magnetic. - By default, it attracts players, but each additional lightning strike switches its polarity between attraction and repulsion. - Magnetic strength increases if the player is wearing any piece of iron armor, or if holding an iron block in hand.

🚀 Hyperloop

Build a magnetic ring for ultra-fast travel! To create it: 1. Choose a center point. 2. Move 3 blocks away in all four directions. 3. On the 4th block in each direction, place a Magnet Block.

- If built correctly, the structure forms a Hyperloop.

- Walking through the ring will launch you with strong directional force!
