Make Critters and Companions Barely Spawn

I think critters and companions is really cute but causes too much lag. This fixes that.

The critters and companions mod causes too much lag in mod-heavy servers. This fixes that.

Every critter's mob weight is changed to <=5. Every critter's spawn amount is capped to 2.
