Mob Capturing Tool

This is a very minimal mod adding only one item: a Mob Capturing Tool.

In order to capture a mob right click it with a capturing tool, and in order to release the mob right click the capturing tool on a block.

Configuring

This mod provides a configuration file (`mobcapturingtool.json`) found in your loader's config folder (usually, `config`). You can configure what mobs shouldn't be able to be captured, and if dispensers should be able to capture mods. The configuration is server-side only and can be reloaded at runtime.
