Monitor mods on Paper servers

ModObserver lets you monitor and manage the mods used by the player on your server. You can create a whitelist, blacklist and required mods list to do that. You can also use the command */modobserver getMods {playername}* to view the specific mods used by that player.

The ModObserver mod is required to be installed by the players.
