Modded Swords x Punchy! v2

This version of Forge adds compatibility with Forge mods (and probably NeoForge mods) when using punchy! --- I know there are only a few mods, but I'll keep working on your requests. Remember that I'll only make mods available for 1.21.1 and 1.20.1, regardless of the loader :)
