What is this pack for?

I got frustrated with the lack of additional mods and updates in the Skyblocker modpack. The modpack is designed for the Hypixel minecraft server, although includes generic performance mods that are viable anywhere. The mods used are based on ToadStar0's old modlist, but have been updated to 1.21.1
