OceanRemover

Removes Ocean's from both biomes and world generation.

A simple datapack that removes ocean's from the terrain generation.

Usage

if you plan to put it in a modpack paxi is a good way to force the datapack to be used, however if not go into your world generation screen > more > Data packs > open pack folder and cut/copy the datapack in there.
