Orb Of Origin Cooldown

Adds a Cooldown to the Orb of Origin to prevent abuse of the item

To change the length of the cooldown open the datapack and simply change the amount of tick in the (cooldown) power

1 Minutes is about 1200 ticks here is a Calculator The default time is 15 Minutes

Specifically Designed to be used within the Sanctuary ModPack
