# SmooGUI Dark
SmooGUI (Smooth GUI) makes every GUI element smooth and dark, except the HUD and menu backgrounds, which I have separate resource packs for, see below!

This is the Dark version of SmooGUI. Right now this is the only version of SmooGUI, but I intend to create more colour versions in the future if I have the time and motivation.

## Recommendation

I recommend you to install my resource pack [White Container Text](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/white-container-text) if you’re not _using / going to use_ an alternative to it, as White Container Text will make all the text inside of __vanilla__ GUIs white*, instead of the default dark grey; White looks a lot nicer with SmooGUI Dark in my opinion. If you want mod compatability or support for all languages, read the description on [White Container Text](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/white-container-text). Or don’t use it, that’s fine too of course.

## Mod Support

* _The colourless/default container uses the colour scheme from SmooGUI Grey, as this mod only uses one default container file, and automatically tints it for coloured containers. Using SmooGUI Grey ensures that the colour tinting produces good looking coloured containers._

** _If anything looks wrong/buggy, it’s probably the fault of Roughly Enough Items and I can’t do anything about that. It mostly looks fine though, apart from the __Composite Appearance__ mode._

SmooBack Dark

# SmooBack Dark

SmooBack (Smooth Background) Dark changes the menu background(s) to be fully opaque and use the colour scheme used in [SmooGUI Dark](https://modrinth.com/project/smoogui-dark).

**Important!** There are two versions you can download:

+ Out Of World: Only changes the menu background when you’re not in a world (and leaves it unchanged otherwise)
+ All Menus: Also replaces the in-world menu background.

Pvp-Swords

This resource pack turns swords into smaller and slightly sharper ones, making them more comfortable to fight in Minecraft.


Smolder’s Ultimatum

Smolder’s Ultimatum is my carefully crafted pack including mods, resource packs, and shaders to give Minecraft a visual improvement, some quality of life changes, and a lot of optimization.
## Optimization
This pack comes with over 100 mods. While some of these add quality of life features to Minecraft, many are designed specifically for optimization. These include well-known mods such as Sodium and Iris and more uncommon ones like Ixeris and Packet Fixer.
## Quality of Life
As stated above, some of the mods this pack consists of are made for quality of life. This includes things like smooth UI elements, modified camera motion, better animations and sounds, and much more that makes Minecraft more comfortable.
## Visual Improvements
Resource packs contribute the most to gameplay, with upgrades being made to items, blocks, models, UI, HUD, and even sounds. Although this pack improves the game significantly with the default rendering settings, shaders make use of the many PBR features built into most of the resource packs, allowing you to immerse yourself in an enhanced Minecraft experience.

## Releases
I’ll be releasing the pack only for the latest versions of the game as it is meant to provide the most complete user experience. If I find a way to downgrade packs in an efficient manner in the future, I may consider doing releases for earlier versions. For now, the current version is 1.21.11. This isn’t much of an issue considering ViaFabricPlus allows you to connect to servers made for earlier versions.

Changes these flowers to be one block tall:

Note: The hitbox does not change and remains at 2 blocks

All of these items are smeltable in the normal Furnace in vanilla. This Data Pack just makes them smeltable in the Smoker!
