Ravageous Tornadoes

This datapack adds tornadoes, but they have a very rare chance to spawn (one each 3 hours on land and one each 20 minutes in the ocean)

Tornadoes mechanic: - Destroy grass block, leaves and thrown items - Keep players stuck rotating around it if they get too close - Can have mobs inside of it such as skeletons and creepers! Can also steal your villagers - Damage nearby players til they die - Tornadoes are moving quite fast - Wind sound

Optimized to prevent lag

If you wish to spawn a tornado to see how it looks, you can run %%MD0%% or %%MD0%% depending if you are on land or in the ocean
