Restored Player Heads

If you have the brain rot of every 1.8.9 player, you might not like the 1.9+ player head scale changes. To appease your monkey brain, I bring you restored player heads. Enjoy!

This mod should work on literally any version that refers to `template_skull.json` for the model file!
