To let Linux and macOS users enjoy MCPE. It's notoriously difficult to get such an old version of MCPE working. In fact, this entire modpack has been started on Linux!%n%2. To allow playing MCPE with mods. Although MCPE Master does work with ModPE injection, it's Android-only.%n%3. It's simply fun. MCPE is old but gold.%n%%n%Features:%n%- GUIs faithfully recreated, as well as possible%n%- Inventories recreated (WIN10-like only for now, but Pocket theme available!)%n%- Accurate MCPE world generation!%n%- MCPE-like graphics!%n%- MCPE outlines when hovering over blocks!%n%- Nether Reactor Core available! (it was phased out way before 1.0, but it HAS to be in reViva, it's just too based)%n%%n%Accuracy:%n%These are features that make the game more accurate to MCPE.%n%- Only 1.0 items available for inventories and crafting (you can still get modern items via commands if you want!)%n%- Only 1.0 blocks and mobs will exist in the world.%n%- Stonecutter resembles MCPE, and chest/trapped chest/ender chest icons do as well.%n%- MCPE animal spawning (taken from Java Beta)%n%- Iron drops iron ore, and gold drops gold ore.%n%- MCPE combat mechanics%n%- MCPE flying mechanics%n%- Quasi-connectivity removed%n%%n%Planned:%n%(Planned features can be on hold well after the Omega releases.)%n%- Pocket inventory recreations%n%%n%Limitations:%n%Unfortunately, there are a few limitations.%n%- Some menus cannot be edited freely, partly (create world screen) or entirely (inventory screen). This means I had to Pocket-ify some of the menus instead of making full-on remakes.%n%- 1.18+ height limits do still apply - but as for the caves, even though they go down to y=-64, they have been reverted to old MCPE caves and removed the deepslate.%n%- This also means that the game has 1.18+ ore distribution.%n%%n%[ reViva versioning ]%n%%n%reViva uses &lOmegaVer&r. They're named after the Greek alphabet.%n%- Delta = Development Build%n%- Alpha = Alpha Build%n%- Beta = Beta Build%n%- Tau = Testing/Prerelease Build%n%- Omega = Release Build%n%- Rho = Patch%n%%n%The way versions are written is simple. Let's say we want to talk about the first beta for the 2nd release.%n%We would write that as o2b1. Simple, right? Let's break it down.%n%If an Omega is followed by a version from Delta - Tau, this means that said Omega is not released. If it is followed by a rho, in that case, the Omega is released.%n%Omega is very versatile - even a Beta can have its own Rho, such as o2b1.3 - but keep in mind, if the patch is attached to the Beta (as per our example), it means that the Beta is released, not the Omega!%n%%n%Let's go into a few more examples:%n%- Delta 4 of Omega 3 = o3d4%n%- Rho 7 of Alpha 5 of Omega 4 = o4a5.7%n%- Delta 1 of Omega 1 = o1d1%n%- Rho 2 of Omega 1 = o1.2%n%%n%And just to make this clear, here's how each version is written.
