A basic lifesteal plugin.

Commands:

/givehearts <player> <amount> Gives the heart item to the specified player. Admin only.

/sethearts <player> <amount> Sets the player's heart count to the specified amount. Admin only.

/revive <player> Revives a player. Admin only.

/withdraw "number" – Allows players to withdraw their hearts.

/setmaxhearts "number" – Admin-only command. Sets the maximum number of hearts a player can have.
