Search Tab Fix

In vanilla Minecraft, items that are removed from the creative search with a mod like Recreative item group can sometimes still appear when you type in the search bar. This mod fixes that oversight. With this mod installed, if an item is removed from the search item group, it is completely removed from your search results.
