Sign Waypoints

Adds waypoints that use signs, works with all vanilla signs.

To make a waypoint, craft the waypoint item(check gallery for recipe), and coat a sign with it. The first line on the sign is the name of the waypoint.

`/trigger` commands

- `/trigger iterate_waypoints` - Iterates and shows your registered waypoints in chat. - You can press the coordinates to tp without the `tp_to_waypoint` command. - `/trigger show_waypoint` - Shows your currently selected waypoint. - `/trigger tp_to_waypoint` - Teleports you to your currently selected waypoint.

You can use a name tag on the waypoint to change the name of the waypoint(does not get consumed because I can't figure it out without breaking it...)

To remove a waypoint, hit it, and press the Y in chat, or N to cancel. Automatically cancels after 10 seconds.
