SmartBlackboard - Add posts to a public book

Description

SmartBlackboard is a plugin that allows you to add posts to a public book. The book can be opened by everyone with a command.

Create a post

- Open the blackboard with `/blackboard` - Click on the "Create post" button - Open the book in your inventory and write your post - Sign the book with the title of your post - The post will be added to the blackboard

Posts can be edited and deleted by the author or with the permission `smartblackboard.admin` using the "Edit" and "Delete" button.

Players with the permission `smartblackboard.update` will be notified when a new version of the plugin is available.

Messages can be customized in the `config.yml` file.
