The datapack brings wood crafting in line with vanilla stone parity: * 1 Plank yields 1 Stair. * 1 Plank yields 1 Fence. * 1 Plank yields 2 Slabs.

Vanilla Backport Compatibility

The datapack includes full support for the Vanilla Backport mod, i.e., players on version 1.21.1 can use Pale Oak.
