Super Hostile Mode Datapack

Use a command to activate Super Hostile Mode from Minecraft 2.0 as described here: https://minecraft.wiki/w/Java_Edition_2.0

When activated: 1. You will be struck by lightning (which deals 2.5 hears and sets you on fire). This happens even if you are underground. 2. A large number of hostile mobs (some wearing armor or holding weapons) will spawn nearby (on the world surface) with a shower of lightning strikes. 3. After 10 seconds, all of the mobs will despawn.
